IPM 2026
Successful Trade Fair Appearance at IPM
Brandkamp Young Plants draws a positive conclusion from its appearance at this year's IPM – International Plant Fair in Essen, the world's leading trade fair for horticulture.
As a long-standing exhibitor, we were once again part of this international industry platform and were delighted to welcome the high-caliber professional audience from around the world.
For many years, IPM has been a key meeting place for the industry. The personal exchange, direct feedback, and international contacts make the trade fair particularly valuable for us.
IPM consistently provides us with an important platform to identify trends early, discuss market impulses, and deepen existing relationships. This year, the trade fair once again proved to be the ideal setting for further expanding our dialogue with the international horticultural community.
A particular highlight was the use of a new 3D technology, which was intensively prepared over the past few months. This allowed us to showcase plants as highly detailed 3D models – including varieties that are not normally in bloom at this time of year. This gave visitors the opportunity to experience the plants' full potential in a realistic way, regardless of their natural growing season.
With this interactive presentation format, Brandkamp was able to actively engage customers in the trade fair, inviting them to try things out and participate. The combination of real young plants and digital models created a modern, practical, and experience-oriented trade fair concept – perfectly in line with the innovative, forward-looking approach of a breeder.
We thank all visitors for coming and for the engaging conversations.
